Your favorite Maps app will get you here without a problem, just enter "222 Eureka St, Central City, CO" to plan your route.
The canyon route along US-6 and Highway 119 is pretty, but can be twisty & turny, and you may get stuck behind slow drivers. There is also some construction on weekdays at the bottom of the Canyon where only one lane of traffic is permitted at a time. Car enthusiasts like this route, or the longer but prettier Golden Gate Canyon route.
From I-70, take exit 243 for the Central City Parkway. Note that the Floyd Hill Reconstruction project may impact your travel time.
Downtown Central City and Eureka Street are plowed frequently during snow storms.
The Parking area is across a small bridge and has room for 5 cars. We typically reserve 1 spot for the Blue House across the street, and the garage is for private use. Please let us know ahead of time how many cars you'll be bringing so we can ensure there's space. Please tell us if you plan to bring an ATV / Snowmobile trailer. You should be good at backing with up your trailer to get in or out of the parking area. For longer trailers, there is a public lot up the street (you should also be good at backing up with a trailer).
You'll enter the house through the side door.
